Our Post-16 provision is designed to support each young person as they prepare for adulthood, with a strong focus on developing independence, confidence and communication. Every student's learning journey is personalised to meet their individual needs, interests and aspirations, helping them build the skills that are most meaningful to them.
Through a combination of practical learning, accredited courses, community experiences and opportunities to develop life and employability skills, we encourage our students to become as independent as possible while celebrating every achievement along the way. In a supportive and nurturing environment, we help each young person grow in confidence and prepare for their next steps beyond Woodlands.
